This is me

My mantra is: We are not the user. I believe research is the first step to creating a beautiful and impactful product.

As a product designer at Authoritive, I collaborate with creators, learning designers, and developers to create meaningful microlearning experiences. I apply critical thinking to visual design to create strong UX/UI solutions.

When I’m not designing, I am doing yoga and making my way through a stack of books.

My Experience


Product Designer


  • Leads the end-to-end design process and ship features across mobile and web platforms

  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members to influence the product from conception to execution through a user-centered approach

  • Work iteratively to define problems and quickly find solutions

  • Speak with customers frequently, collect data, test prototypes and translate research insights into meaningful outcomes.

  • Facilitate design sprints and workshops to develop high-quality solutions.

  • Craft intuitive design flows, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web.

  • Help evolve and grow the design practice at GameChanger. Contribute to our design
    system, be vocal in design critiques, share inspirational resources, and aid in brainstorms.


Product Designer


  • Conducts user research and usability testing to optimize digital courses, addressing the needs and pain points of each creator’s audience

  • Leads production and visual design across courses, sales pages, and marketing content

  • Facilitates communication between leadership, marketing, tech, and product teams to ensure thoughtful development and smooth implementation


UX Designer


  • Worked on projects with various clients, including conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, building landing pages, and creating marketing content and strategy


Senior Designer


  • Created designs for all new features and user experience improvements, collaborating with Product and Tech teams from concept to mock up and prototype to implementation

  • Collaborated with new Head of Design on execution of app reskin with updated branding, incorporating many backlogged features and fixes

  • Produced all marketing materials, including visuals for emails, in-app messaging, flyers, posters, t-shirts, and infographics

  • Concepted and designed improvements to Merchant Portal, Customer Sign Up, and Admin portals, improving scalability during fast growth period

Guestfriend (acquired by Seated)

Marketing & Design


  • Responsible for all design details, including user flows, custom iconography, and marketing materials

  • Led design for Guestfriend Pro, a product upgrade allowing restaurants to fully customize their chatbot

  • Worked closely with developers from design handoff through QA and implementation

  • Implemented user experience research, running usability testing pre-launch and continuing to facilitate feedback loop post-launch

Renzell (acquired by Seated)



  • Led digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, influencer outreach, and digital ads

  • Produced content for user engagement and SEO, including blogs and weekly e-newsletters (content, creative, formatting, list management)

  • Managed all user interactions, optimizing processes based on feedback

  • Planned and managed ongoing events for the Renzell community

Fung Global Retail & Technology (now Coresight)

Marketing Associate


  • Ghostwrote blog posts for Forbes and

  • Researched and wrote reports on retail industry trends and disruptors  

  • Managed social media accounts: created content, analyzed data, strategized ad campaigns

  • Attended industry events, such as CES, to boost team’s presence in the industry

  • Composed daily email newsletter: formatting, creating images, selecting news headlines
